- Step three is a careful background check of prospective tenants. While other firms may only run a credit check. Our procedures go much further and also include a check of the courthouse records for previous eviction suits, a wanted fugitive search, employment verification and previous rental history verification.
Management
The Property
Inspection and supervision of repairs whenever necessary. We keep repair costs as low as practical to maintain property value and comply with local laws.
The Tenant
We secure the tenant's agreement to pay rent and take care of the property with our 10 page lease form which has been specifically written to protect the owner's interest. We strive to maintain cordial tenant relations while making it clear that our job is to represent the best interests of the of the property owner. Although rarely necessary due to our rigorous screening procedures, we promptly file for eviction if the rent is not promptly received.
